Upon receipt of a Registered Letter received from Groenewald Lubbe regarding my FNB/Wesbank account, I send them a fax on 08/08/2013 stating that this matter was handed over to them in 2004 already and that I pay the amount as per the agreement with Groenewald Lubbe every month. Nobody replied to my fax and today I received an sms stating that a Summons was Issued. I contacted Luzell and when she went on the system she saw the arrangement and said that the sms was a mistake. Mistakes like this can ruin someone's life and how do they do their job if they can't see that there has been an arrangement on this account for the last 9 years and that I keep to this arrangement every month? They will not phone you to tell you they have made a mistake and they will also not apologise for the mistake they have made. I want written proof from Groenewald Lubbe that no summons was issued against me and that the arrangement which is in place since 2004, is still in place.
