I have reported to FNB two weeks ago that my cheque account is being debited with R299 for a smart device that I don't have. All the consultants that i spoke to assured me that the money will be reversed by COB and it still hasn't. I am extremely upset that FNB and and never keeps their promises. Reference nr: RB131029271106. please can i have all my installments for the past 6 months...
