I waited my whole LUNCH HOUR!

I arrived at this FNB Branch at 12h39 to put in notice for my 32 days account to transfer my money! Only to be told after a whole hour that I need proof that my ABSA account is under my name. I have been doing this for the past 3 years and I have never been told about this! WHY WAS I NOT NOTIFIED ABOUT THIS CHANGE PRIOR TO MY WAIT. I do not have time to bank during the week. And I only have an hour on some days. I will be closing this account and moving it to ABSA!
