As title suggests I closed my FNB SMART DEVICE account after I was contacted by GLA attorneys and Heidi Lewis advised me to pay the account in full. I payed the agreed amount on the 18th of January. on the 22nd of January R2000 was debited from my account. FNB refused to refund the amount and insisted that I phone fnb smart device department. I did phone them but they where no help at all. I e-mailed Heidi on the 22nd about this matter but have heard nothing from her since then./
This is not acceptable and very very poor service delivery. Need the money reversed. thanks
