I took up a life cover with FNBin 2008, in a telephonic agrreement. I've since then been asking for documentation, I haven't got any. I've recently sent an email to the General Banking dept to forward to the life cover/imsurance dept (since they don't have any contact info on the FNB website). General Banking replied and said my email was forwarded to the relevant people. I am still waiting for documentation.
I need to know a lot of things about this money that I have been paying, otherwise I'm gonna need all of it back. It is such a pain when we have to follow these service providers aroud when we need something yet it was alll happy times when we signed up.
