Absa bank has been debiting money from my account without my concern in the name of absa life, I have never agreed to this absa life thing and they told me that they called me sometime in 2012 and I agreed to this madness. I have asked them to cancel that absa what ever 7 weeks ago when I went into my statement I found that they deducted money again from my account after I told them to cancel. I have called them 5 times already and they keep promising they will call back because I want them to return my money into my bank account they told me they still investigating to pull that recording when they called me last year. They lack professionalism as am the one who is always chasing them and they are not even making an effort to bring my money back or provide me with feedback. I'm not happy with how absa does its operations. Please help me recover my money.
