HORRIBLE SERVICE-Switching my homeloan

We applied for homeloan advance on 29thOct till today there's no response. Elizabeth called us about two weeks later asking for docs when we were expecting outccome of our application. We sent her what was outstanding and went to the branch where Giovanni assured us he sent all the docs to her and we need not worry. But another week later she still said she never received anything from Giovanni. My husband could not stand the run around and wanted to cancel. I went into the branch 3 weeks later and Wesley-the manager and some guy from homeloans promised to adress it and get back to me on ASAP. We still haven't heard from them to date. I'm disgusted by their service and are considering switching our homeloan to another bank where we can actually get help. This is unacceptable for such a big company to have such incompetent people
