My aunt has an account with you, she went to this branck today to get some of her saving account but because of your system errors as her identity no. Doesn't show now she has to go from Palmsprings to Kempton park that really. Please help her or else she will have no choice but to close her account and move to a reliable bank. Funny I also have an account with you but was never asked to go to my branch for whatever reasonMi live close to Southgate and they are willing to help at all times. I think they are being lazy to go extra mile and take my aunt forgranted. BA MO NYATSA grand grand..will also consider to change a service provider if this is the way you treat your customers.
