I went to close my Sharebuilder account number yesterday at the FNB, Westville branch. I was there for more than an hour and the lady (Roxanne) could not close the account because the telephone lines to head office were busy. She could not close the account on line. This means that I now have to pay for an extra month's service fees because of the bank's failure to close the account. Please note that this was not Roxanne's fault - she was friendly and helpful.
