On the 31/10/2013 i paid my account and request for a closure as i was not happy with the bank fees.i was told that the account will be closed in 7 working days. Yesterday when i called i was told that the account is not yet closed and moreover, there was an amount that was supposed to be credited into my cheque account but it`s not credited.
