The folloowing e-mail was sent to Metropolitan life complaints section. Unfortunately nobody bothered to attend oR even aknowledge recipt of my e-mail;
I have had a problem regarding the above mentioned policy; I canceled the said policy in September 11 2013, the reason for cancellation is that I had taken another policy:600066761036005671 which basically covers the same thing at a better price. My problem is that both these policies were deducted in September and October. I have since been refunded only for the month of October. I had advised the consultant to ensure that I don't end up paying for both policies because it would defeat the purpose as I wanted to save myself some money as I'm currently not financially stable.
What frustrates me the most is that the consultant in question does not answer or respond to my sms's. I need my money to be refunded as I feel I am not at fault, and I had advised the consultant what I wanted her to do.
