Despite settling my Direct Axis account, the account still reflects as active, (complete with a negative balance, presumably the interest) on my FNB profile. This is shoddy service, and whilst Direct Axis promises to 'have your money in your account within a very short period, it is baffling to understand why they can't close the account with the same speed and efficiency.
Despite phone calls and emails, I am still no closer to getting a confirmation settlement letter out of them.
