Failure to provide feedback - its been four days

Ive been calling direct axis, emailing, and making use of their call back functionality on their website to inform that my account has been settled, and more over an extra 20 000 was accidentally deposited into the settled account.

Direct axis have chosen to ignore my numerous attempts to have this money refunded! It has been four days.
