I am on debt review, so when I applied Direct Axis sent my debt counsellor a letter to say I would be charged 10% interest p/a, this was never instituted. I queried this with my debt counsellor who cc'd me on an email to Direct Axis asking them what the story is and till this hour no response from Direct Axis. Also they were going to cancel some insurance they are also charging me and this hasn't happened either.
I would appreciate it if Direct axis credits me for the incorrect interest and insurance since they did confirm that they would adjust the interest charged.
