Terrible customer servie

This hereby gives notification that Dr Swan and I wish to retract our home loan application from Standard Bank. The reason for our retraction is due to Standard Bank's loans inability to read the 7 emails which we sent with supporting documentation as thus far we have receive over 10 SMS's asking us for documentation which was originally submitted, why not phone us and ask politely? The only valid request was for proof Dr Swan's name change. We submitted our applications with ABSA, F.N.B, Nedbank and Standard Bank on the exactly the same day. However, only Standard Bank have failed to offer us a bond the other three already offered highly competitive rates. After all this terrible treatment from Standard Bank and acknowledgement that we have submitted all the required documentation and adding that we would not submit any further documentation, we were requested to send in our monthly budgets which we already did on the 5th of November.
