Home loan application delays

I applied for a home loan 3 weeks ago:

Delay 1: I went back to the branch where I submitted my application and they had not submitted to home loans as they forgot to get me to sign 1 of the pages.
Delay 2: The branch made a poor photocopy of my payslip and it was rejected by home loans department.
Delay 3: Then I needed to supply my March payslip (Which I did not have yet) and my Feb payslip was not good enough. Even though my January payslip was previously good enough if it had not been blurred. The call centre was most unhelpful and just keep repeating the system says we need your March payslip. They would also not link me to anybody who could help all they could do was log it on system.

On multiple occasions I have asked the call centre to speed up the process, due to the delays ..nope they are not able to do so, they don't have the authority. They gave me the number of a department who does have the authority.. They also said they could not do anything to help.

On 2 occasions after speaking to managers I have got the to call centre to log the urgency and yet still I wait...

Remind me why they are my bank and how as a prestige client I get "preferred treatment"?
