I have claimed for my portable unspecified posession, bad attitude from both the magement and the claims consultants, i had the similar problem with budget insurance in 2011 not paying my vehicle for accident damage, i wouldnt advice anyone to become a client for this company they have a really bad service and bad attitude, i have been paying my premuim and havent missed a payment, at the claims stage they are all running confused without paying me out, really feel bad to associate myself with such companies.
