My bakkie was on Saturday, 20 July, 2013. It is already bad enough that my car was and severely damaged, but I did not need the attitude and arrogance from Budget Insurance's claims department. The lady was speaking to me as if I was stupid and my own car. She was talking to me in an accusing tone and very impatient when asking useless questions, which I have to give an answer 20 times before she moves on to the next question. I had to then phone her back with more information, but in my many attempts to phone her, she never answered the phone. Talk about bad service and bad attitude towards a paying client who just lost a car.
