Insurance Claim declined
I have an insurance with Budget and i was recently involved in an accident. I contacted budget they arranged for my car to be evaluated on the 5th June. I received a call on the 11th June advising me that my calm will not be covered unless I can produce proof that I had an insurance before. Now that made me angry as they should of asked for this information when I took the cover. I didnt have personal cover I had insurance covers for my taxis and I'm not in the taxi business anymore so I destroyed those documents. the consultant who contacted me today said they can rather refund me my monthly contributions which I have been paying from 2011. I want my car fixed or i will cancel the insurance as I have more than 1 car insured. This matter needs to be resolved.
