On the 26/08/2013 I got in an accident with a budget client. Called budget and submitted all the necessary document. Ever since the company never contacted me to inform me on the progress of my claim till to date and to make matters worse is that their consultants are incompetent in a sense that they always referenced me to an absent consultant whose supposedly handling my case. Now it's almost 2 months without a car. Such an inconvenience and poor service from budget insurance.
