Doctor Account not acceptable as POR

Good Day,

I work for Nedbank and just recently opened up a FNB Cheque Account Online. The courier company came to my work today to deliver the card and I had the required documentation available. Which I know what a acceptable POR is for FICA requirements. I get told by the person delivering the card that they do not accept Doctors Accounts because its like a once off thing, this is not true, I even googled the through FNB what FICA documentation is acceptable for POR and it shows that a doctors account is a valid POR. It has my full name, address on and is less than 3 months old. Because of this and for FNB wasting my time I would like to cancel this Cheque Account. PS: That document is the ONLY POR that I have because all my accounts get sent to me electronically because it is private and I don't want the rest of the family seeing whats going on in my life.
