Complainants about Outsurance Repsonse

On the 15 January 2013, I sent a letter via email to cancel my motor insurance and without and again on the 21 January 2013 i sent another one again without reply. On the 29th January 2013 my account was debited for the insurance premium i have been trying to cancel. On the 29th January 2013, I called Outsurance only to be told their emails are not working and then they policy was cancelled but without refunding me. When I told the consultant about the fact that i sent two emails prior i was told to resend without an alternative email address. Not happy with service and i need my money back.
