On the 16th January I called OUTsurance to cancel both accounts that I have with them, and they decided to cancel only one which was for short Term.
o December I called and cancelled and they debited me and had to call to do a reversal which took 7 days
o 16 January 2014 I called to cancel 2 Accounts and they cancelled the short term
o Bongani tried to retain me and I advised him to cancel that was not done as on the 25 January I was again debited by OUTsurance
o I called them at 08:05 and spoke to a lady who promised to call me before 09:00am till now I'm still awaiting their call..
Why won't this Company understand when you say you want to cancel instead of trying to sell you something.
May I be assisted to get OUTsurance to refund me what is mine.
