After cancelling my insurance during the beginning of January and CLEARLY telling the agent that I will be selling my vehicle and moving out of the country, I now get threatened with being handed over to debt collectors for failure to hand back my DQ tracker.
Why did the call-center agent not tell me that I should hand back my DQ tracker when I told him that the reason for cancellation is "SELLING THE VEHICLE"?
With NO idea who the vehicle belongs to now, I am forced to pay for the DQ tracker or face the consequences.
What the Discovery?
