UNACCEPTABLE, POOR SERVICE

Lets see if Outsurance will respond to this, as I have been struggling to get any response whatsoever!

I am residing in Malaysia for almost 2 years now. Before we left South Africa, I called into the call centre, told them we are moving abroad, and gave them my new contact details.
My premium gets debited from my South African bank account religiously every month.

Three months ago I contacted Outsurance via email, with all my policy information, to cancel my car insurance on my policy, as I have sold my vehicle.
A Victoria Mokoatle responded, I gave her all the details, she was well aware of the situation. After numerous emails I had to send to her, without her responding, I received an email stating she is out of the office for 2 months.

I have forwarded all my emails (and the 1 (only) responce from her) to all the outsurance email addresses, explaining the situation! But no-one replies, ever!

So, for the past 3 months, I paid for car insurance, for a vehicle I do not even own anymore.
I have asked numerous times to even cancel my entire policy, as I am fed-up, but again, no responce!

Please cancel my car insurance, and credit my bank account for the money taken off!
