Policies added to my portfolio without consent

I had an OM broker add products to my portfolio without my consent in November 2013. I reported this to OM and his line manage told me that he has been dismissed and is being investigated by OM for. I was told to cancel the policies by sending a letter to [Email Removed] I did this at the end of November 2013. I sent reminders to the same email address (at least 10 emails). I called the call centre at least five times. I have received reply emails saying that my matter will be investigated with priority but nobody has come back to me since. I sent reminders to OM via email in January, asking that my bank account please not be debited again with premiums of the unwanted products, which were cancelled in November. Despite this, my bank account was debited in November 2013, December 2013 and again in January 2014 with around R3000 each month. My premium should only be R686. I have called the call centre, written to several people and I am getting nowhere. OM continues to debit my account despite the policies being cancelled, and despite the policies being added to my portfolio in the first instance. I am reporting this to SAPS.
