We were involved in an accident on the 2nd of November, on the 4th we called Forbes in order to register the claim we were sent from pillar to post with just getting a claim form. Eventually when we got one were told we have an outstanding premium. We paid and we're told all is in order by Wesley on Thursday. Then on Friday when we called at 16:15 we were told that they can't entertain our claim as the policy was cancelled this after waiting for a week with our car in storage and the premium being accepted.
