Still waiting

I joined AFI in November last year and had problems with when the insurance date will start. When I was supposed to claim this year, I have been told I have to pay an excess of R1500, but I spoke to Chrostopher who said the excess has been wavered. So now I am still waiting for AF to pay for my claim but they are telling me I am supposed to pay the excess. When Christopher is called he is not available, I am being sent from pillar to post. Funny how insurance companies don't forget their debit order every month but can't deliver when u have to claim... I'm not impressed at all *angry face*
