A client of Alexander Forbes caused an accident through negligent driving resulting in my car being written off - although he accepted full liability and responsibility his insurer refuses to compensate me in full and is not
even willing to negotiate - all I want is to be restored to before the accident - I'm employed as a sales- consultant depended not only on my job but income as well - as I'm without transport for over a month now my job is in jeopardy, I cannot earn income with result I'm falling behind with payments to my debtors, Alexander Forbes is refusing to pay for the storage of the wreck held where their client instructed it to be towed, they actually want me to tow the wreck to my house and leave it to stand there or dispose of it myself, they refuse to compensate renting a vehicle to get me mobile until settlement, they refuse to pay to have my car replaced and point-blank refuse to even make an acceptable fair offer to replace my car. This will result in
having to go to court and claim directly from their client putting him in great debt. Have you ever in your life
heard such disgusting support from an Insurer to his own client as well as an innocent third party?
