I went to FNB Daveyton yesterday wanting to release my 32 days notice which I did online & they couldnt help me they said I should'nt have done it online. this was an emergency, therefore I call the helpline, spoke to Phinda from investments who said I could & explain the T&C for early withdrawal, went back, ask for the Branch Man who ignored me while I was talking, telling me that my daughter's uniform & fees where not that important for the bank to release my money & went on in his computer without even looking at me, saying that he wouldnt help me as this is not important enough, went back to the school to tell them to give me sometime to sort this out they ask what bank did I go to I told them, they laughed & said you should have said that before we give you this letter, we would have saved yr time, as FNB Dton has the worst service ever in that mall.consultants closing their station while clients where sitting there waiting for service, walking around the bank like they were at home. the advise that I got was close that acc coz FNB Dton will ruin your day everytime u need help esp that branch, they'r motto is practised upside down. Disgusted Arrogance of that branch.
