Unethical business practice

I went into an FNB branch in Kenilworth about two days ago to query my account. Most of the time I'm just interested in what goes in and out of my account otherwise if there are any discrepancies then i go into the bank to sort out my problem because that is what they are there for, so they can assist you and help you along. When i left the bank the other day i left well aware of what was going on in my account as the consultant assisted me and made me understand what had happened. When i left the bank i went to the machine to draw money and just went on with my with my daily things with the confidence that everything has been sorted out. This morning a call centre agent called me to tell me that i have not paid by loan that was supposed to have been sorted out the day i went into the bank and they assured me that they would get it sorted. when i went back to the bank this morning they sang a different tune of how i owed them money and that my loan was not paid from the new one i had made a few days ago. Apparently, instead of paying the money into my loan account they paid it into my account without notifying me that they would do that, now I'm have more debt than I'm supposed to.
