Greatest service received

I went to an FNB branch in Sandton wanting them to release money which I saved up. They refused me and said that the money will be released in 45 days. I knew that if I wanted money released I would pay a penalty which I do not mind.

I then phoned Ursula at the Bedford center branch who gave me a call back at 17:15 yesterday, she assisted me and by today my money was in my account. The service I received from Ursula has made it that I will only be going to her in the future. She stayed at the bank till 17:45 to assist me with the release of my money. This morning she gave me a call just to confirm that the money is in my account.

I would really like to take this time and thank Ursula for the great service and for always assisting all her clients. I would recommend Ursula to any client and that I hope management has taken note of the great service she provides to all FNB customers.
