First National Bank
Who decides what is an emergency to me?

Yesterday I decided to rush to the bank because I heard that the banks now close at 5pm. I was the FNB branch at Lakeside Mall by 4:05pm went straight to the consultant nd told her I need a partial withdrawal. She picked up her reciever and called someone else whom she requested for authorisation for the partial withdrawal. She explained that I need to pay for my exams because I was supposed to geth money from somewhere else but it looks like it's not going to happen. The TREASURER on the other side decided that according to her this request is not an emergency. I have been banking with FNB for a long time and I have had this 32day account with money to help me in situations like this and she says its not an emergency!! My money? I have been saving myself for rainy day? Who the does she think she is? Looking at the of the request I think she had already made a decision that she is going home and for her to even look at my request and do the job she gets paid for was not going to happen. She is lucky I did not get her name. I am very angry does this mean I need to go to a loan to get money when I have money in the bank? Yerrr!
