STILL AWAITING FOR MY MONEY

My Husband passed away on the 2 Jan 2013, I went to the bank FNB Main street branch to notify them and to release the money on the 32Days notice account, provided all the necessary document and was told it would take 4 weeks to have the money deposited into my account, 4 weeks has passed and I decided to go to the Branch nearer to me in Jabulani Branch on the 18th Feb 2013and was advised that the documents sent where not clear, which was a shock as to why was I not notified and have to find out myself at the Branch brought back the documents on the 19th Re-submitted and was advise the money would be released within 48 Hours and to date I have not received any money. I find this service very poor and appalling that as a Widow I have to run around FNB to give me my Husbands money.
