Submitted Return of Earnings on Line (ROE). Received invoice and paid. Faxed proof of payment, invoice together with request for Letter of Goodstanding. Faxed requests on the 10 & 13 May 2013. Received letter from Compensation refusing Letter of Goodstanding because payment not done. Payment is only due in June according to invoice and I paid on the 13 may 2013.Have spent hours on the phone. Call centre line is not answered. That department at the Durban office does not evr answer the phone. Also emailed request to [URL Removed] even stated that our workers have to go on short time, as they are not allowed to carry out maintenance work at other companies without Letter of Goodstanding. Desperate and Disgusted.
Forms were only sent by the Compensation Office on the 29 April 2013 and received in May 2013 and we do our best to comply. Getting registered for ROE took 5 months.
