On the 18th October October 2012, i payed up my account for Truworths Store directly into the store, was adviced to do so by truworths legal department, faxed the slip with full payment of R1127.00.
On the January i received a letter from MBD requesting payment of R1006.90, to my suprise cause i already paid the account in full. I called several times so tht they clear my name & send me the paid up letter they failed to do so. On the 15 January i called again requested my letter the agent told me they still waiting for confirmation of payment from truworths, on the 15 January i called again they told me they have received confirmation, they will forward this to the relevant department to proceed with the paid up letter, on the 23/01/2013 i called customer care requsting the letter the agent told me they havent confirmed payment, how long should i wait for my paid up letter & for my name to be cleared by MBD cause i dont owe them anything i opaid whats due to them 2months ago. your stuff is not help full at all ...!!!
