No luck with border lette

I emailed on [Email Removed] subject att administration department (as per wesbank website) and enquired regarding what was needed for a border letter to Botswana. I received the response and on Thursday 15 aug 2013 sent ALL documentation that was requested. I received an automated response saying they will get back to me within 48 hours. Monday 19 aug I called the call centre to follow up, then I was told because the account was so new, that I had to pay the first months instalments for them to release the border letter. I still asked the consultant - ARE YOU SURE THAT IS ALL I NEED? and she said yes. today 20 aug at aprox 9am I made the deposit into fnb and faxed proof of payment. I called to follow up at 16:45 today (20aug) and was told that the payment didn't reflect but now all of a sudden ALL documentation I sent through on the 15th of aug was not received and not registered on the system. this is ridiculous. I did everything I was told to do. I sent my ID my husbands ID, a signed letter of authorization from my husband. I sent my drivers as well as the insurance border letter and car registration papers and paid first months installments and still nothing
