Delivery of services, very poo

I have had an extremely bad encounter with the university of Johannesburg and would not recommend anyone to apply there, their service is poor and they do not deliver. I have been calling in for the past week with a simple request, I asked them to simply email or post me my sister's acceptance letter because I could not retrieve it from the student portal, she has been fully accepted and just needs the acceptance letter. I explained to them that she is an international student and needs the letter in order to have her study permit done asap, the study permit takes time to do and this may mean she will not be able to start classes on time if she does not get the letter soon. I still have not been emailed the letter, I've been calling for the past week to three different offices, which have all promised to email me the letter, but have not.
