Yhoo FNB is not save, on saturday the 26/01/13 my card was taken from the ATM and i called FNB to block the card and i kept on holding after holding for so long a consultant by the name of Esti Shunmagu told me that her system is not working i should call back on monday while i get smses that some people they trying to withdraw cash but the pin was wrong. you know i was disapointed at fnb i am even thinking of changing the bank, cos if it was for the pin to block i would have lost my money. FNB please improve your service on the fraudline especially the ATM, i wish you can be a bit faster, or if you have cellphone banking it should allow to change your pin. And i think some this Esti Shunmagu works with this people who takes our ATM cards
