I applied for a credit card, received it and went in to my branch to make sure that the overdraft facility was active on my account, for EFT payments. After spending about 30 minutes explaining the difference between an overdraft facility and a daily payment limit, the "personal credit manager" told me that my overdraft facility was active up to the limit on my credit card, and I could make payments by EFT. When trying to make a payment today that was less than 2% of the limit of that facility, I could not complete the transaction because their were insufficient funds available. Very frustrating, very poor service.
