Over limit fee

I made a purchase on the budget facility of my First National Bank credit card. This purchase went thru on the speed point. A week later: my budget facility has magically disappeared, the purchase reflected on my straight facility, pushing it over the limit. I then incurred a R220 over-limit penalty.
I want my budget facility back and the R220 refunded!
