My money is still not reversed into my account

I recently put in a retrenchment claim on my Nedbank loans which were approved. The insurance is paying my premiums while I am unemployed, but the bank has debited my account. I have asked for the money to be reversed int my account, unfortunately it's been almost 3 weeks and I still don't have the funds. This has been a huge inconvenience for since I don't have an income.
