I submitted a retrenchment claim to Nedbank insurance in July. The person assigned to handle my claim has not communicated anything to me and almost 2 months later I'm told they still haven't finalized the claim. While I wait I am still expected to pay for premiums I can't afford. Nedbank has shown me that they don't care about their clients, and they are only after money. I have no peace of mind because I don't have a salary but I am still expected to pay for loans that I had insurance on. After this experience I am going to close all my accounts with Nedbank and move to another banking institution.
