Overdraft fraudulenlty applied for in my name

I lent a friend my FNB card. Early this yr I got a call from Groenewald, FNB lawyers advising me my acc have been handed over 2 them because I had defaulted on my 150 000 FNB overdraft. I advised them I had no knowledge of an overdraft they told me 2 contact FNB. I contacted FNB who told me 2 contact the lawyers; this went on and on. Contacted FNB Clearwater where I spoke 2 the branch manager who said 2 me they'll offer my friend a loan 2 settle amount on my name and he'll owe the bank it shouldn't be a problem. He then referred me 2 call my branch where I opened the account. I called the Durban branch and they could not help until I called the Ombudsman. I was contacted by Christel Gomes who was supposed 2 get back 2 me with some documents I still haven't heard anything from her in a month. When I first queried with her she said I was aware of the debt as they called me on the 14 and 16 of January 2013. They said when they spoke 2 me I advised them I'm in consulting and had been on leave that's why there's been no activity on my account of which this is not true. I was unemployed frm Aug12 to Mar13. Meantime lawyers r continuing with legal action. i cant evn get place 2 rent
