Incorrect Information Provided

ON Saturday 9 Nov I went to ABSA bank in Kempton park because I was paid but no money was in my account. I was assisted and told that my money went to my savings acc that I closed and opened a cheque acc, was assured that the money will be rectified and it takes 2 hrs to be in your bank acc. I waited and nothing came in. On Monday went to the bank again and was told that money must be reversed by the company as they cannot do anything. Called the company and there was nothing they could do as the money did not come back. Today went to ABSA in Edenvale and was told that my money was withdrawn in Edenvale on Friday already. Now I want someone to tell me how stupid is stupid that out of all the people I went to no one could pick up that the money was withdrawn instead of being sent from pillar to post? This is ridiculous and if this is the way customers are treated I want myself out of ABSA bank as it is very much useless. I need answers urgently because I have spent more money travelling to get incorrect information. Absa should teach their consultants the manner in which customers are handled. This is not acceptable and I need my money back ASAP as being assured previously... nx
