Yesterday, Monday 11/11/2013, I left work and went to my local Spar, as I do every Monday, withdraw money and by food and goods for the week! To my surprise when I tried to withdraw money, there was no money available in my bank account! I went to another ATM at a Garage, declined! I phoned my employer to notify him I will not be at work on Tuesday, because I had to solve this issue at the bank and I have no money for petrol to get to work!
Tuesday morning before I went in at the bank I checked at an ATM and voila, back is my money! So I decided to go into the bank so they have a chance to explain!
I ended up with Connie Lubbe! Very rude and back-chatting, I wont say lady cause that is not what she is! She kept on interrupting and she even back chatted me when I left her office! But still my problem is not solved! She reckoned that this was because I used an ABSA ATM and they were offline, I say! Before and after I used both ATM's people withdrew money! Now I Lost a day pay because of this! Who is to blame for this and who is going to pay me for my loss! Since Sunday I could not even log into their mobile portal!
