I have bee with ABSA for several years and had good dealings with ABSA in the past, however, recently a Man who is an ABSA employee decided to withdraw money from my Investment Acc that I also do not even have access to unless I go inside a bank to transact. He managed to do this without any authorization from me, and my money has not be reimbursed till now. I need to know how he got hold of my profile and how did ABSA allow its employees to transact on their clients accounts without even their knowledge.
My fear is that my money is no longer safe at ABSA especially if the money can be withdrawn by an ABSA employee. No one has come back to me regarding this query and it has already been 5 days. this might not seem important to ABSA, but it is important to me because these are my life savings. Reference number is 2580143.
If I do not get any response, I will be handing this matter over to my lawyers and I will be publishing it on national newspapers as well.
