There I was praising ABSA everywhere I go then some fool at the bank just had to spoil it. I settled my personal loan with an amount of R15 880.86 on Wednesday the 17 April 2012. Called to confirm and was told that my account was closed. On Wednesday 24 April 2013 I got a message from Absa saying that they will be deducting money from my savings account to pay for the loan I settled. I called and they reassured me that the account has been settled and is closed, I should just ignore that sms. On the 25th they deducted money off my savings and now all my flipping plans have to be on hold until I don't know when. I phoned da bank and they told me my money will be back in my account in two to three days and its been five days now, I don't know if they are aware that I have to pay bank fees for their stupid mistakes. Please pay back my money and the bank fees that I have been charged for your mistake.
