The hole of my family is using stdbank and im on fnb and thank .the have tis product they use where u can be sent money on your cellphne and you can go and withdraw it at any spar shop.2 weeks back my sis sent me money on it as i need money for transport.i went to midran spar those ladies were so rude and kept saying its out of service without even trying it.i went away for an hour came back same story out of service not network.streassing no money to go home i stood there forever with no lack ended up going back to my work .only then i got hel went home.
againt this weekend i went to them as my brother sent money .still same story.i went to honeydew same story then went to bramfisher spar same story.ony at braamfiser a certaen lady sow me being turned away and told me o cam withdraw at the atm.after a lady from midrand spar and a consultant from instant money call center told me i can only use spar not atm.
ifinally used an atm.such suffering and hassels coz of incompetant people who dont know their products.
and not all atms have the collect money button.im gonna help my family to open fnb accounts and use ewallet
