I have called Outsurance on the 28 March 2013 requesting a quote for my Car & household insurance (they are doing a promotion on how you can get R400 back if they cannot match your current premiums) which I did received back and unfortunately they could not match the one I currently have. On numerous occasions I have e-mailed them requesting payment of R400 and to date I have still not received payment. They have asked me to load my details on the website which constantly gives me an error and I have brought it to their attention and still nothing has been done. I am very disappointed with their service delivery and they have failed to deliver their promise.
